Elegant designs, drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese and German Chefs Knives but also built for robust use by both keen home cooks and professional chefs, the new knife ranges have been meticulously developed from concept to reality.

For the first time in our history, Precision Knives, through Norvic, shall be selling a line of knives crafted from German steel, renowned for its exceptional durability, quality, and craftsmanship.

One standout aspect of the new 'PRO-K' German Knives is their use of high-carbon stainless steel in the form of 1.4116, which is often seen utilised by market leaders who charge considerable amounts for it. This steel ensures the blades can easily be made incredibly sharp, retain their edge well, and resist stains and corrosion better than many other alternatives. The meticulous process of forging, heat-treating, and tempering these blades results in a great balance of hardness and flexibility.
