Here at Norvic, we’ve done the hard work for you and introduced the Eden cutting board.

Why wood?
Cutting boards are practical tools used extensively in households and professional kitchens. However, according to a study published in ACS Environmental Science & Technology, these boards are an often-overlooked source of micro-particles. The study revealed that chopping on plastic boards could generate tens of millions of micro-particles annually.

Wooden chopping boards, on the other hand, are gentle on knife edges, reducing dullness. As stated in our care instructions, we strongly advise against using glass or stone boards, which are guaranteed to damage your knives.

Why acacia wood?
